My wife and I are relational people and believe in the adage, "What goes around, comes around." We have always tried to be honest, kindhearted and neighborly to those around us. While some attempts have been more successful than others, we often liken our lives to that of George Bailey (as played by Jimmy Stewart) in the Frank Capra movie, "It's a Wonderful Life."
In the movie, George finally realizes that the relationship he has with friends and family is what truly makes him the "richest man in the world." These same people then come through for him in material ways. We have recently experienced a "George Bailey" type moment, where dear friends and family have stood tall with us and also made significant financial investments to make this dream reality. The name 'Three Sixty Enterprises' reflects our gratitude and attitude toward these special people in our lives.
As a developer, I want each of you to be thrilled about choosing to live at Maple Ridge. Just as George Baily dreamed in "It's a Wonderful Life," it is our vision is to build "dozens of the prettiest little homes you ever saw," forming a community of friends and neighbors. We plan to move our family there as well and look forward to getting to know you in the years to come.
