An important aspect of our business approach is to be flexible in as many ways as possible. Below is the current configuration for Phase One.
Lots 2/3; 4/5; 6/7; and 8/9 form what could be called Townhouses, Duplexes or "zero lot line" configurations. These lots are meant for smaller houses.
However, we are willing to change lot lines if there is a call to do so. I must be straightforward and say that changes might prove more expensive because we already have utilities, water and sewer configured for the existing lots. While we wouldn't need to move any of these assets, they are a sunken cost and unfortunately, need to be reflected in subsequent pricing.
I would appreciate the opportunity to talk about any changes you might want to consider. Our goal is always a "win/win"!
