Phase One of Maple Ridge features up to 15 upscale homes. Eight homes are designed to be private and spacious while taking advantage of a common wall with another dwelling. The other seven homes will be free standing. The Phase One lots are sized to allow owners to express individual tastes yet with limited maintenance time needed for their property. Snow removal, lawn mowing and other services are available to all residents as requested.
Townhomes and Homes are constructed by Fred Kraft Associates, a local builder with a reputation for quality. Each home is carefully planned with topography, view and neighbors in mind. The finest materials are used to ensure your highest satisfaction and long-term enjoyment. All townhomes are scalable to your specifications from a two-bedroom unit (1,300 square feet) to a five-bedroom unit (up to 2,500 square feet).
Additional single family homes will be introduced to Maple Ridge as part of our second development phase.
2006-08 Development Schedule:
August 2006 - Ground breaking for Phase One development
November 2006 - Village water and sewer installed
March 2007 through December 2007 - Road and utilities 80% completed
March 2008 - First single family home completed (Seneca model) started on Lot 10
December 2008 - Street lamps installed
Spring 2009 - Final asphalt, gutters and sidewalks completed
